You can pay by money order. You can pay through your Quick Pay by Zelle app. Send to: CincinnatiJazzFest@gmail.com when sending money to us via Zelle, the recipient’s name is Beverly Travel Services LLC. We have the same ‘no-refund’ policy as the hotels we have booked – they don’t refund our deposits for cancelled rooms. Name substitutions are permitted. Funds cannot be transferred from a cancelling party to an active participant.

Is cancellation insurance offered?

Nope, we don’t, but there are a lot of agencies out there that do. Roam Right is one, and Allianz Travel Insurance is another – they offer this “Cancel for any Reason” feature.

How long has your business been doing these concert packages?

Wow – for a long time now. We started in June 1979, Beverly Travel Services (formerly known as Gentlemen Plus Tours) was the very first organization from Chicago to take multi-bus concert enthusiasts on road trips to an event such as the Kool Jazz Festival in Atlanta Georgia, as well as The Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Can I upgrade my seats?

Yes, you can. The 200 level VIP Club tickets are $130.00 additional; the VIP Field tickets are $100.00 additional; the VIP Gold Circle tickets are $180.00 additional.

What tickets are included in the package?

The 100 level stadium seats are included. These are the theater style seats in the stadium and also the most popular tickets we sell; you have easy access to the concession counters and public facilities. When entering, you walk thru the concession area, and step down the steps to your seat. These are stationary wooden seats on an incline – the type you would find in a baseball park or theater.

OK, now tell me about the VIP Field seats.

They are the seats on the field itself – a flat surface. Sometimes people refer to them as floor seating. They are portable chairs and are reserved for the ticket holder. The cost to upgrade to field (or floor) seats is $100.00 which covers both nights.

What about Club ticket upgrade?

The VIP CLUB level – 200 level offers an absolutely great concert experience; it allows you to view the concert outdoors in your club level seat and mingle indoors in air-conditioned comfort. The Club is similar to a huge oblong-shaped ballroom; it features public facilities, food concession vendors, beverage counters, DJ and huge dance floor with music for the steppers. There are dining room tables and moveable chairs, video monitors displaying live images of the on-stage performers. The Club offers the aura of a meet & greet – a place to see and be seen – all in air-conditioned comfort. The additional cost is $130.00, which includes tickets to both the Friday and Saturday night concerts.

What about VIP Gold Circle seat upgrade?

These are seats ranging from sections 3 – 6 and situated in front of the 2-main stages. These seats are extremely limited and are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Please refer to the color-coded stadium seating chart on this site so that you get a visual perspective of the stadium layout. The additional cost to upgrade to VIP Gold Circle is $180.00 which covers both Friday and Saturday night concerts.
